Tom Jacques – C.E.O.

Mr. Jacques is C.E.O. of CLEANER WORLD ENERGY, and will be dedicating a significant portion of his time to developing this business. He is the founder of HICKORY DICKORY DECKS® , and has been the driving force in that organization since the Franchisor’s incorporation on February 27, 1991. He has developed many of the building, sales, and marketing procedures used in the HICKORY DICKORY DECKS® Franchise system. Expansion of the HICKORY DICKORY DECKS® Franchise network through awarding new Franchise territories continues to be a major focus of Mr. Jacques involvement in the business. Mr. Jacques holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, where he focused on marketing, finance, and accounting.

Brian MacLean – President

Mr. MacLean is President of CLEANER WORLD ENERGY, and will be dedicating a significant portion of his time to managing this business. He joined Hickory Dickory Decks  in November 2008 in the role of President. Prior to joining HICKORY DICKORY DECKS®, Mr. MacLean held the position of Vice-President, Franchise Development and Operations with Shred-it International, a position he held since joining Shred-It in 2002. He held the position of Vice-President and General Manager of the Glidden Paints Division of ICI Canada from 1998 to 2002. Mr. MacLean was a Corporate Vice-President with Speedy Muffler from 1996 to 1998. Prior to Speedy Muffler, Mr. MacLean worked with Bridgestone/Firestone Canada as Vice President from 1990 until joining Speedy Muffler. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from University of New Brunswick, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Richard Rossetti

Is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, Canada, with experience in digital, analog, power, and RF electronics, and an extensive background in software development for both large systems and small embedded devices.

While still in high school he had a part time job at the Toronto Stock Exchange where he was responsible for development and maintenance of the internal accounting systems, a position which he worked at part time until his second year of University. Upon graduation, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Toronto, and then moved on to establish himself as an independent contractor and consultant.

He has a broad range of expertise covering technologies ranging from industrial controls,

CAD/CAM and manufacturing automation, real time financial analysis, microwave and RF systems, power electronics, as well as web and business systems integration. His latest endeavours are in the renewable energy sector, with a main focus on photovoltaic solar systems.

As part of that undertaking he has developed a solar analysis program which is able to perform 3D simulations of sunlight striking surfaces in a 3D model. This allows for optimization and performance analysis under complex shading conditions and varying system configurations.

He received his bachelor's degree in Engineering Science - Electrical, from the University of Toronto in 1988.

Greg Rossetti

Greg Rossetti graduated as a Civil Engineer from the University of Toronto in 1993, and while active in residential and large scale construction projects throughout his formative years, Greg leveraged a passion for technology to move into the new media industry. In ‘96 Greg found a home with Toronto based ExtendMedia where as VP Business Development Greg was responsible for identifying industry needs and delivering the highest quality software solutions for some of the biggest names within the entertainment industry.

In 2004, while at ExtendMedia, Greg also founded PushHD Inc. a TV production company that served as a pet project for Greg which lead to the delivery of over 55 hours of original HD programming within the action sports space. For 6 years Greg worked as show creator and executive producer responsible for the direct oversight of over $6 million in productions from Singapore to Santa Monica.

After leaving ExtendMedia in 2006, Greg worked with 6 time world champion BMX freestyle athlete Jay Miron as CEO of World Bicycle Sports, Jay’s group of companies. The role focused on strategic and operational matters related to Jay’s event production (producing events for Red Bull, Oakley and other large youth oriented brands), bicycle brand (www.macneilbmx.com) and distribution (www.tenpackbmx.com) businesses, including patent licensing negotiations with over 30 bicycle brands along with Taiwanese and Chinese manufacturers. Today Greg has more closely aligned his operational, construction and technology expertise through his role as co-founder at TRG Energy – providing consulting, design and installation service within Ontario’s solar PV industry.
